I know so many months have passed and no word from me..........but I have been very busy in the ever exciting world of Makeup doing LOTS of photo shoots, photo calls, fashion shows, work for Miss Ireland, Sunday World, The Star and The Sun, starting a photography course and dabbing my hand in some more TV work which is always lots of fun and of course teaching my courses at www.makeupfablicious.com which I am sad to say are coming to an end for the summer so as my amazingly artistic students are running around pulling their hair out trying to get all their back ground work done and dozens of photo shoots organised I wish you all the very Best of Luck in your exams and future careers, I am sure I will be seeing you all again very soon!!

TRIED and TESTED Long Wear Gel Liners.......................
A question I get asked every time I am working with a new model or client is
" what liner do you use the most and why? "
Here I have picked some of my favorites and in brief will explain why!



MAYBELLINE EYE STUDIO LASTING DRAMA GEL EYELINER
Ranging from €8-€12 available in most Pharmacies across Dublin.
This creamy, easy to use gel liner comes in Matte Black, Deep Purple and Warm Chocolate Brown.
It is quite easy to remove as well so no panda eyes the next morning!!
This product applies evenly but the pigment is not the strongest so a few layers are necessary for that statement liner.
You will get roughly 4-6 hours staying power before needing to re-apply Great product for those starting out with gel Liner.

     


          INGLOT MATTE COLLECTION AMC EYELINER GEL NO. 77
          €14 available from Inglot couunters; Ilac shopping centre, Dundrum,  
          Blanchardstown, Liffey Valley and The Crescent in Limerick.
          It comes in a wide range of  20 fabulously vibrant colours
          that last all day and night as they are all waterproof and paraben free.
          The pigment in these gel liners are by far the best I have ever worked
          with but they tend to dry out a little quicker then other brands.
          Just make sure you have a REALLY good eye makeup remover or  
          cleanser as these bad boys do not move!!  
          Amazing product for Photo shoots, body painting and those who are
          experts at creating cat eyes, 50's flicks and detailed lines.                  
         




  CLINIQUE BRUSH ON CREAM LINER IN 'TRUE BLACK'
  This is one of the best products Clinique have ever created and the
  price is a knock out at just €19, available from any Clinique counter.
  It also comes with a gorgeous little brush for application,
  although those with a shaky hand may need a sturdier applicator.
  Others colours in the range include a dark matte brown,
  soft grey with pink undertones and a warm brown with a hint of gold.    
  This cream liner goes on a dream and stays put with lasting pigment        
  and smooth even coverage and the best thing about it, it doesn't dry out!!!          
  Works well on all shapes and types of skins but particularly those with dehydrated eyes or mature skin on
 the eye area.

                                                     
             

               M.A.C FLUIDLINE GEL LINER IN 'BLACKTRACK'
               A good old favourite in every makeup artist's kit is this little beauty.
               Strong pigment, even application, good lasting power and easy to
               remove!
               What more could you want for €23 available from MAC counters;
               BT2 Dundrum, Blanchardstown and Brown Thomas Grafton St.

Time to Shine

Hello ladies,

I hope you are all having a good week!!

Today I want to tell you all about an amazing hair product.......OROFLUIDO hair elixir

I received some lovely samples from this range to test and tell!

As you all know my hair is VERY long, naturally straight with a kink and thin but holds volume well. 

It normally has good texture but when I do decide to straighten it, it becomes very frizzy.

I have used this wonderful product a couple of times over the last few weeks and have to say my hair has never felt, looked and smelt better.

'It looks like liquid gold, comes in a beautifully designed package and contains Argan oil, Linseed oil and Cyperus oil all of which have proven themselves as luxury essential hair oils since the time of the Egyptians. 

It has a heavenly scent of amber with a hint of vanilla and feels very light in texture compared to other hair oils on the market.' 

When applied to wet hair, it adds body to normally flat hair, cuts down on drying time (tested) and gives great sleekness and shine.
When applied to dry hair it has similar effects but instantly de-frizzes even the craziest of hair.
My hair is so silky, soft and luminous since using this product and the great news is that most salons are now selling it and including it in their services.
